Michael Gilman has been protecting his clients’ intellectual property rights for over 25 years. His counseling hits all areas and levels of intellectual property, including, but not limited to, plaintiff and defendant litigation representation in the Federal Courts of the United States, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and domain name dispute resolution panels worldwide, trademark, patent and copyright prosecution, patent and trademark clearance and opinions, and intellectual property licensing. In a profession where it is the norm to concentrate and focus your practice in only one or two areas (such as, patent prosecution and/or litigation), Mike’s experience in dealing mostly with start-ups, small companies and individuals has allowed him to continuously deal in all IP areas concerning his clients’ products/systems, their branding, development and protection.
